{"id":73,"date":"2015-02-11T06:41:53","date_gmt":"2015-02-11T06:41:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.scalfaros.com\/?p=73"},"modified":"2015-02-15T22:18:14","modified_gmt":"2015-02-15T22:18:14","slug":"the-west-coast","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.scalfaros.com\/?p=73","title":{"rendered":"The west coast"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We finally made it to the west coast. \u00a0Another beautiful drive through winding roads mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. \u00a0We made a few stops along the way to Hokitika; a couple of small hikes and \u00a0Fox Glacier for lunch, we didn&#8217;t stay long here as we were ready to be done driving. \u00a0Once we got to Hokitika, we met Uncle Wayne&#8217;s friend Oly. \u00a0He is from Jackson, Wy and has visited NZ over 20 times. \u00a0The first full day in Hokitika we went canoeing and went to the beach.
